Role Overview
As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for building, growing, and managing our clients’ online communities. You will engage with the community, foster relationships, and ensure a positive online presence.
Responsibilities
- Implement community engagement strategies.
- Manage and monitor social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create and curate engaging content in collaboration with the content team.
- Respond to comments and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Analyze community metrics and prepare reports on community engagement and feedback.
- Collaborate with the digital account managers to align community activities with broader marketing strategies.
- Stay updated on social media trends and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing online communities or social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and proficiency in English (French is a plus)
- Strong understanding of social media tools and analytics.
- Creative, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
