Role overview

As a Digital Account Manager at Socialsky, you will be the main point of contact for clients and manage their digital marketing needs. You will develop customized strategies, collaborate with internal teams to implement campaigns, analyze performance, and continuously optimize. Through regular communication and proactive client management, you will ensure high client satisfaction and strong relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients; manage their digital marketing needs and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement tailored digital strategies aligned with clients’ goals and budgets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Community Managers, Content Creators, Performance Managers) for effective campaign execution.
  • Regularly meet and communicate with clients for updates, strategy changes, and to address their concerns.
  • Analyze campaign data to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations.
  • Stay continuously updated on digital marketing trends and best practices to optimize client strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with clients through proactive communication, prompt responses, and understanding of business needs.

Requirements

  • You hold a master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least five years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in client management and delivering results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English (French is a plus).
  • Proficiency in managing digital advertising platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram ads), TikTok Ads, and Google Ads.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for growth and exceeding objectives.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
