The proposed strategy for meeting our objectives is based on our Creative Lab: 

The aim is to test a maximum number of concepts and angles over the first 3 months, to see what appeals to the community. The angles are defined during an internal brainstorming session, and those that have performed well are reproduced to maximize results. 

 

Concepts are created according to 3 content pillars: 

Infotainment: improve brand visibility by creating engaging and informative content that captivates audiences.

Inspiration: establish a relationship with the community by putting Delhaize in the spotlight. 

Humor/trends: reinforce brand awareness with humorous content that generates interaction and positive feelings.

Data analysis

Tracking results in real time to adapt the content creation strategy was key to this success. The figures enabled us to identify that, at a given moment, a specific piece of content would work on the target, where another would not have had its place on Tiktok.
