The strategy was based on different pillars:

Authentic content and UGC

To find the content that works best, there is a fairly simple solution: test,
retest, and retest again. Whether it’s classic, creative, or innovative, each
content responds differently on the platform. That’s why it was important to
put a multitude of content online in a multitude of formats to identify the
most suitable content pillars.

Focus on the community

Understanding the audience was one of the challenges of this case. Their
habits, interactions, and behavior are specific and had to be understood to
properly align the tone of voice of the publications.

Metrics

Tracking the results in real time to adapt the content creation strategy was
the key to this success. The numbers allowed us to identify that at a specific
moment, a specific content would work for the target audience, whereas
another content would not have its place on TikTok.

Results

Over a 12-month period, we met all the challenges and succeeded in federating a community on the Tiktok account for the L’esplanade shopping center.
