Laurens Van Geneugden
Brussels and/or Antwerp based – Hybrid working
Socialsky is one of the fastest-growing social media agencies in Belgium.
A pure player, fully obsessed with social, and proud of it.
With more than 35 strategists, creators, producers and account leads spread across two offices
(Brussels and Antwerp), we help brands grow where it really matters: on social platforms. From TikTok to Meta, from content to ads, from influence to production, everything we do is built to perform in a social-first world.
Independent by choice, Socialsky has developed its own way of working; inspired by the best practices of both big and small agencies, but always with our own twist. No copy-paste. And definitely no bullshit.
We believe in clarity, strong opinions and execution that delivers. We move fast, but never sloppy. We test, learn and iterate continuously. We’re not here to make noise for the sake of it; we’re here to build strategies that perform, scale and last. That mindset shows in our work, in the trust our clients place in us, and in the way our teams take responsibility and speak up.
We work with a strong portfolio of local and international brands, across varied scopes, and we’re proud of the long-term relationships and loyalty we’ve built with our clients.
Today, Socialsky is in a phase of strong growth and structuring. Our ambition is clear: make social-first the new standard for ambitious brands, in Belgium and beyond.
And this is where you come in.
We’re looking for a Chief Strategy Officer to help take Socialsky to the next level.
This role is not about sitting on the sidelines or delivering abstract frameworks.
It’s about turning vision into strategy, and strategy into impact. For our clients and for the agency.
As CSO, you’ll be a key sparring partner for the co-CEOs and the leadership team. You’ll help structure, elevate and sell our strategic thinking, while staying close to the teams, the execution and the brands we work with.
You’ll play a central role in:
This role is designed for someone who takes ownership naturally, but who also deeply believes in teamwork. No ego-driven solo players here. We win and learn together.
Lead strategic thinking & new business
Turn “social-first” into a real, sellable methodology
Infuse strategy across the agency
Represent and embody Socialsky
Be a trusted sparring partner
Round 1 – First conversation with 21 grams (90 minutes, online)
A warm and in-depth conversation with Jessica, our recruitment partner at 21 grams, to explore your background, mindset and ambitions and to share more about Socialsky, its culture and the role.
Round 2 – Meeting with the co-CEOs (75 minutes, on-site in Brussels or Antwerp)
An open face-to-face discussion about your experience, vision and how you could contribute to Socialsky’s next chapter. A great opportunity to discover the agency from the inside.
Round 3 – Case study preparation and presentation (60 minutes, on-site in Brussels or Antwerp)
You’ll receive a case with a few specific questions and about a week to prepare. You’ll present your approach and recommendations directly to the co-CEOs. It’s not about perfection, it’s about how you think, structure and move forward.
Round 4 – Coffee with colleagues
An informal moment to connect with future teammates, explore chemistry and alignment, and make sure this feels like the right next step on both sides.
We’d love to hear from you! Reach out directly to recruitment@21grams.be to share your CV and application letter or ask for more information.
