Role overview
Office Manager to support the management team across finance, administration, and office operations, and to contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of a fast-growing company.
Responsibilities

Financial follow-up: invoicing, pre-accounting, payment tracking, expense control, P&L updates

Budget control (clients, media, tools & subscriptions)

Management of our Brussels & Antwerp offices

Support in organising internal events and handling logistics

Equipment and inventory follow-up

Drafting quotes and contract follow-up
- Process optimisation and cost control
Requirements
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Proactive, hands-on and well organised
- Strong skills in Excel / Google Sheets
- Able to manage multiple topics in parallel
- Strong sense of ownership, solution-oriented mindset
- Languages: Dutch & English required, French is a plus
