Role overview

Office Manager to support the management team across finance, administration, and office operations, and to contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of a fast-growing company.

Responsibilities

  • Financial follow-up: invoicing, pre-accounting, payment tracking, expense control, P&L updates

  • Budget control (clients, media, tools & subscriptions)

  • Management of our Brussels & Antwerp offices

  • Support in organising internal events and handling logistics

  • Equipment and inventory follow-up

  • Drafting quotes and contract follow-up

  • Process optimisation and cost control

Requirements

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Proactive, hands-on and well organised
  • Strong skills in Excel / Google Sheets
  • Able to manage multiple topics in parallel
  • Strong sense of ownership, solution-oriented mindset
  • Languages: Dutch & English required, French is a plus
