Role Overview

As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for building, growing, and managing our clients’ online communities. You will engage with the community, foster relationships, and ensure a positive online presence.

Responsibilities

  • Implement community engagement strategies.
  • Manage and monitor social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Create and curate engaging content in collaboration with the content team.
  • Respond to comments and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Analyze community metrics and prepare reports on community engagement and feedback.
  • Collaborate with the digital account managers to align community activities with broader marketing strategies.
  • Stay updated on social media trends and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing online communities or social media platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and proficiency in English (French is a plus)
  • Strong understanding of social media tools and analytics.
  • Creative, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
