Objectif
Westland Shopping has been a major shopping centre in Anderlecht for 50 years.
The aim of Westland was twofold:

Growing the community on social networks

Engage with the community at key moments (shop openings, festive events, etc.)
Solution
To achieve this objective, our socialsky experts have developed a strategy comprising several phases:
- Definition of a Social Media strategy where objectives, targets, content pillars, tone of voice as well as creative ideas for publications and their different formats are defined.
- Creation of a monthly editorial schedule of at least 16 posts on Facebook and Instagram, boosted to relevant targets.
- Managing notifications for the mobile application via a monthly calendar of 4 notifications.
- Conversation management and daily management of social accounts.
- Setting up a reporting system to evaluate the strategy implemented.
