The strategy is based on a number of pillars:

Authentic content and UGC

To find the content that works best, there’s a fairly simple solution: test, re-test and re-re-test. Whether it’s classic, creative or innovative, every piece of content responds differently on the platform. That’s why it was important to put a multitude of content in a multitude of formats online to identify the most suitable content pillars.

Focus on the community

Understanding the audience was one of the challenges of this case. Its habits, interactions and behaviour are specific and needed to be understood in order to be able to focus the tone of voice of the publications.

Metrics

Monitoring results in real time to be able to adapt the content creation strategy was the key to this success. The figures enabled us to identify that, at a given moment, a specific piece of content would work for the target audience, whereas another would not have been appropriate on Tiktok.
